What's a video consultation?
A 15-minute video call before your first cut. We talk style, your hair, and what you're looking for. The consultation fee is credited toward your in-person cut if you book within 7 days.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes. Free cancellation 12+ hours before your slot. Inside 12 hours, your first late-cancel is on us. Subsequent ones charge a fee per our published cancellation policy.
Do you take walk-ins?
By appointment only. The whole point is that your time is respected. Same-day bookings are usually possible if you check the live calendar.
